You can. It won't get you anywhere though since in the terms you agreed to upon registering the game explicitly states the game will go down for maintenance and you aren't entitled to any sort of benefit in such a case.

I don't see any reason for them not to "dodge" your question either since you're essentially just whining that the game is not up when you want to play it (the total amount of downtime from maintenance in comparison to how much you pay monthly for the game equates to around $1.15 lost big whoop).

The game is new, there are issues to be fixed. Would you rather a security breach like the other day and have people steal your stuff from your character?
