If i say i will be working out until 8PM... finishing at 8:59PM would not fit what i said because that's more like 9PM am i right? If i told you that i will be waiting for you at the train station until 8PM, you will no expect me to be there at 8:59PM right? It's not an opinion. This is the grammatical use of the word "until."

Let me be clear, Peregrine.

I'm not saying "until summer 2011" means "the end of summer."

I'm saying it includes some unknown part of summer and in effect means "sometime before fall."
That time could be June 21, [but I assume it isn't].

There would be much more clear ways to say "before summer" like (for example) "before summer."
Similarly there are much more clear ways to say "including summer, but before fall."

I'm not saying the wording or the translation is good. I'm just saying that the wording is accurate as the plans until summer do (in fact, not in opinion) include summer to some degree.

June 21st marks the summer solstice and as we all know, patch 1.18 is coming mid-June. Does this mean we will be seeing this entire list come true in patch 1.18? He does says that the list contains "ADDITIONS" planned for up until 2011. By additions, could it mean that only the "NEW" items will make it to patch 1.18? It would make more sense since Jump is on the list also and was set to lower priority making it not very likely to appear as part of 1.18.

If Yoshi-P is using the word "UNTIL" appropriately then this is what patch 1.18 is made of.
