    Natalan Aetheryte - Garuda Hardmode

    Hi,
    I attune to the Natalan Aetheryte, I get the message that the "In for garuda awakening" is complete and that Howling Eye Hard mode is now accessible and then the quest doesn't go away and Howling Eye doesn't show up in the Duty Finder.

    How should I proceed, I have paid for three months and now i can't progress as of today 11/9/2013.

    Please advise.

    Same thing happened to me with Ifrit HM. Is your inventory full? Dump an item and try it again. Worked for me, although I have no idea why.
