PC - Audio - Issue with changing the default audio device while the game is running.

Description: Changing the default audio device from the windows audio settings while the game is running doesn't change the game audio to the new default audio device.

Environment: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, Realtek High Definition Audio. DxDiag: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6fj0dippzz...ice_DxDiag.txt

Reproducibility: 100%

Steps:
1- Run the game
2- From the windows audio settings, change the default audio device (i.e. from headphones to speakers).
Result: The game audio remains on the former default audio device (headphones), while the windows audio and everything else is played by the new default audio device (speakers).
