Anyone have any sort of time frame for this? I also contacted the support over a week ago to get an item replaced (bought the BLM relic pants instead of SMN), was told they had my info and would "investigate" (just what do they need to investigate?), and a GM would contact me.

As I said, that was over a week ago, and still no word. So it looks like this is normal? Anyone know how long it does take?
