I created 3 tickets, stayed on hold with customer support on the phone for 2 hours before they say to make a forum post.. then I made this and STILL NO HELP. THIS IS MY THIRD TIME MAKING THIS FORUM POST. Is this customer support? no. The only reply I get is "sorry for your bug maybe 1% chance we'll every even look into it or fix it deal with your loss of 350k and hours of time because we dont care." Can someone actually help me and give me some support???? Do you just expect people to lose thousands of gil whilst wasting hours and hours on support and to be happy with "too bad"?

Gil Never Delivered To Retainer
Hello, recently I sold ~300k worth of peacock ore but when I went to my retainer he did not have the gil. The transactions show in my transaction history, but the retainer had none of the gil made from the sells. I have only one retainer. Can you please look in to this and restore my gil if possible...?
