I've played MMOs for years and have never been one to rant about their services (or lack thereof). This will be the first MMO I've actually quit because of it. I'm leaving my thoughts here not to make myself feel better, but to hopefully show at least the SE forum mods that the issue I've been dealing with for weeks is inexcusable.

My character has been "in process" of transferring since 10/21. Since then, I have been unable to log into any NA server at all. I have no friends that play on JP servers, therefore I have no reason to play on them. In short, I've burned almost three weeks worth of subscription time waiting on a server transfer.

The funny thing is, I would have been fine with the wait if I could have received an ETA as to when the service might be complete. After weeks of phone calls, chats, and emails, SE support tells me that they CANNOT tell me when the transfer will be complete.

I work in customer service myself, for a rather large company. Sure, there are times where we cannot give answers to our clients, but we can always give them an ETA as to when we might have a resolution to their problem. The fact that this has been going on for almost three weeks and they STILL cannot tell me an ETA is ridiculous.

It's a shame too, because I really do love this game. Despite the occasional instability issues, I really enjoyed this game before I initiated a server transfer.

In closing, I hope that nobody has to share my issues with the server transfer system and lack of customer service. Perhaps one day I'll come back, but for now I'm disgusted at the lack of...everything, on SE's part.
