    Where is the customer support?

    I am still waiting for a ticket I made about a month and a half ago to get any response what so ever and also the follow up one I made a week later to make sure you got the 1st one.

    Do you have people for customer service? Should we not make tickets?
    I really want to know...

    Forever..

    I submitted an email for customer support and they didn't get back to me until 2 weeks later. It regarded logging in, so, I was frustrated. I actually decided to log on their chat line and also call them at the same time. I waited an hour and forty minutes on both the chat and phone until someone answered the phone. It was ridiculous, but, if you're really wanting some help from them, from my experience your best bet is so call and wait an eternity.

    I just got a response via email after waiting about a week telling me to call or use live chat. I fixed the issue myself in that time. No big deal but now that I am a subscriber I hope there are some changes. Just in case I have a problem I can't solve on my own.

    You essentially need to call with your ticket number in order to get any help. Even if they respond via email, it will likely say "we cannot help you through email", haha. Prepare to hold for a while.
