Fastest que time ever but I wasn't prepared for the 5th time being the charm.
Yep took 5 times to actually clear the end boss with light party.

Weird thing happened ...the chatbox became unusable during the final battle. Is this normal or is it bugged? And which tab do you use in the dungeons?
Would like to know about those questions before I que for the next one.

Are you sure you didn't switch to another Window, such as battle log? Barring that it sounds like a bug.

Gotta space out the party so everyone is near one of the add spawn points. Touch the grates when the ripples appear.
The adds are the only thing that could possibly trip you up in that fight. Unless your healer is convinced they're a DPS class.

I was healer and yes I do throw in stone when I can. But the battle wasn't the issue. I'm used to hour long battles...been playing final fantasy awhile.
What disturbed me was not being able to communnicate before the battle began. But I'll try putting up a separate window next time. Still think it was bugged :/
