I dont feel the need to be rewarded or compensated for maintence time if its only a few hours once a week, its needed to keep the game running. But if they were need for an extended downtime like 12-24hrs or say it went into emergency maintence repeatedly over a series of days maybe double exp would be nice treat.

On simliar note: can you imagine how this place will explode if 2.1 ended up sending it into emergency maintence due to unfore-seen problems, it would be like angry villagers with torches and pitch forks storming the monsters lair
