I accidentally traded my vouchers for the male suit on a female character... Am I boned or is there someway I can get the items I can actually wear...? I just woke up and this is not how to start a good day T~T

I did this on September 18th and I'm still waiting for an item restoration, and yeah, it ruined my day too.

I had to put in about 10 tickets (5 in game and 5 through the support website) before they even said that they provide such a service, despite me linking the item restoration FAQ in almost every ticket.

It wasn't until October 4th that they said they'd help me and I'm still waiting...

Just keep submitting tickets until they say they can help (they'll keep telling you that they don't provide this service, you just have to be persistent) and then play the waiting game ><

I think they are planning to implement a NPC that does gender gear exchanges since people can get screwed out of the gear they already bought if they use their Fantasia.

Not even sure why that stuff is gender specific. Everything else changes to your character's gender and race when you wear it... a female lalafell can wear the same thing as a male galka.
