Get back to me when you face a 3 or 4 stack Cadaceus that hood swipes and auto attacks you for ~5000 damage and your healers are on the move to avoid a light panel. I want to see you get Hallowed Ground off in time in these kinds of situations where it's most needed. And this is just the turn 1 boss.
Most PLD I know don't even think about using Hollowed until 5 or 6 stacks in Turn 1. Most good groups either don't even use Hallowed or they have a set time when it will be used (normally a few seconds after the other tank's dies when stacks start coming fast) just so that healers know when its coming and don't wast too many cures. Using it on the fly normally just causes the healer to waste a benediction cooldown on you which may have saved your life after HG is done if the fight did not end in those 10sec of invulnerability.

Also, if your healers need to run so much then they are bad and don't stand on the lines so its essentially a fraction of a second of moving between casts, which does not effect their healing.
