Cop outs by the dev team as always, other games other AAA MMOs don't have issues with this, why does SE?

Hm. I have that experience that the Axe one (Sorry I'm only just beginning into MRD) triggers pretty much instantly, or at least on the same time-frame as Leg Sweep.)
Shield Bash I've had no issues either, except that it's on Global Cooldown, something I'm NOT looking forward to happening with the Axe version.
But I'd be ok with that adjustment, I think. One thing I would like to have show up sooner rather than later is a test server to apply to join, then we could talk about changes in a more concrete way before they are implemented, and make suggestions off of knowing what is already coming down the pipeline.
Sorry to hear that. It's your loss for not trying it, honestly. If you wish to dwell in anger and frustration, there's nothing I, or the developers can do for you.

Just another bad combat mechanic that SE came up with, it happens with Benediction too. The best part is when you're playing melee DPS and your cooldowns randomly don't fire off yet go on CD (Invigorate, Blood for Blood, etc).
The tooltip simply says its instant. Dont think it matters if its lag or animation delay, its simply broken. Its SEs responsibility to fix it.

@OP time to unsubscribe from your IP, I guess.
Playing on a Japanese server, currently from Germany.
Main Paladin, used hallowed ground around 30 times in a pinch.
Never had a problem...?

I feel as if you miss the point of gaming in general, especially MMOs.
Games like these are as much or more a part of the community and people you play with than each individual mechanics or game. Sure, some may move around with you from game to game, many settle into the game they like and stay there.
So you lose friends, you lose opportunities to make new ones as well. You lose the environment that had done a good job enrapturing you before, as you profess to have loved the game. For what? Buggy mechanics that could get fixed? Design choices that could be avoided completely if you found some other class you enjoyed?
If the game was only about the fight mechanics, I'd never play MMOs, I'd play fighting games, or single player RPGs. Same for MOBA's and PvP, casual sim games and Housing, etc.
So for it to be something that's lasting, it has to be about the people, it has to be about the environment. It has to be something more than just the pieces - troubled or not.
You've got time, you're paid through March. Take a break, calm down, come back in 2.1 and try to approach it with a different perspective. That's my suggestion to you. You've already paid for your time, there's no monetary harm in experimenting in play-styles to see if you may enjoy yourself more.
