Please, seriously, allow us to send tells to people in dungeons.

The last response from devs on this was "blah blah we don't want people to be able to harass you"

And this is such a horrid excuse. They use this kind of speech for so much. Oh they don't want to implement a /sleep emote because people might make inappropriate images! Oh, they don't want you sending tells in a dungeon because people might be mean to each other!

Get over it, SE. Stop policing your players so damn hard and let us talk to our friends.
