Cannot connect to Duty Finder Server

Just finished Castrum Meridianum, did the remaining story quests and got the praetorium duty... join duty finder for praetorium, wait 20 seconds and get "unable to connect to duty finder server. please try again later" Also unable to join a duty with friends that aren't affected by this problem.

I first got the error Nov. 8th around noon, and the error has persisted for about 15 hours now. The exact message is "Unable to connect to Duty Finder server. Please try again later." This error persists whether I'm attempting to enter an instance in a quest, a dungeon, or anything else that requires the use of the Duty Finder.

I've restarted the router, the PS3, logged out then back in, nothing seems to fix the error on my end.

This is happening to our group right now. It is giving this message to our black mages only, though, which is super weird
