    Alternative Workaround

    For those who have tried Nonok's method but continue to experience launcher issues another workaround is to use a VPN service. There are many free VPN programs online and after doing a quick search and about 5 minutes of setup I've been playing problem free for the past 2 hours or so.

    For those of you who tried my workaround and are still having problems, make sure you have internet explorer 10 installed.
