    On chat with comcast now. They "strengthened my modem connection" and that seems to have fixed some of the web issues, but still not the launcher issue.

    Edit: They are completely ignoring the launcher issue -.-
    Final response:
    "I can create a ticket for this issue so our support team can coordinate with the website's admin. The ticket will be processed in 24-72 business hours. Or you can contact our Signature Support at 877-443-3596 as they handle with networking issues beyond our normal scope of support. The team will be able to test the signal range and signal levels of your WiFi connection and manage your device remotely. The information you provided me will also be forwarded to them for reference."
