Thank you Nonok for that work around! Been trying to log on since last night, also in the Seattle area :/ Anyone that has spoken to Comcast: are they working on fixing the problem? Anyone talked to support from the game about the problem?

I've tried Nonok's instructions and can't get past the launcher either. I'm in Bellevue and subscribe to Comcast.

Most my launcher loads, it's just the actual login that I'm missing. I've left it to sit for a half hour and got nothing:
