Launcher Problem

I've tried Nonok's instructions and can't get past the launcher either. I'm in Bellevue and subscribe to Comcast.

Same.

Also in Bellevue, and Nonok's instructions didn't work for me. I also tried to reinstall the launcher, same problem.
