What do you want SE to do about it? Force people to level tanks and healers so you can get a faster dps queue?

SE thought people would play nice, and help each other all time. Join together to help your fellow player through story line dungeons.

BUT, since there is no reward for them, they just don't care.

There is no reason for someone to do dungeons once they complete the story because Fate grinding is how everyone levels there alts, it was expected that people would level alts through dungeons so in the end it shouldn't be a problem. Also the dungeon finder originally was suppose to choose from all servers, but it was crashing the game by doing that, so they had to break the servers up into 3 or 4 groups, so there is also now less people to choose from.

yop you could also turn japanese french and german on in the DF most of them are able to understand english, i m french and i m always using DF all turns on and no probs till now, you ll find people faster.

This, yes. Please make sure you are checking ALL languages when you queue up, it reduces the wait time significantly.

Yeah, perhaps the healers and tanks must be forced to join a dungeon to let the DPS get through the story... sorry, yes its bad that the story requires a team to proceed but as most players insist on taking on the damage roles and leaving the others to other players, you will get this in every mmo... Tera online was the same, as a Mystic I got instances in seconds but DPS classes struggled, hell even in WoW as a Feral Druid Cat I had to wait for dungeons.

Also, today after the maint, the duty finder is broken for a lot of people so you might have longer than normal wait times as there are less people able to queue up. I can't at all.

What's worse is that, this is during peak hours. It's 5pm on a Friday night. ?

During peak time the queue for DPS actually gets longer. I have been signing for DF at 5 am and as a DPS I joined not one but two DF in less than minute. One instantly. It's a matter of statistics.
