    System Error -2146697208

    Hello, I can't log into the game because I am greeted with this error every time and connecting to the forums took a few tries too before also being greeted by "can not connect to..".
    My connection outside of this is mighty fine. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3083047420
    and other games I can connect to just as fine.

    I'm also receiving this error as well as a few others on reddit. Are you a BT user by any chance?

    I am also with BT and yes, BT have connection issues with the forums (and the game I expect too). It's actually BT's US peer:

    I have two ISPs, BT and Virgin and simply re-setting my network adapter to use my VM connection is all I needed to do to connect to these forums, and yesterday when it happened re-connect to the game; I'm not at home ATM to try it.

    I don't know for a fact, but it's a good guess that the BT hop 10 and VM hop 7 are their East Coast peers, which clearly connect to the same West Coast one for the trans-Pacific hop.

    It appears to be a BT issue that's causing this, the game is running fine for none BT users as far as I'm aware. It was also the same case last Wednesday when this occurred.
    Edit: Or it appears to be their US peer as pointed out, I'm trying but getting nowhere trying to get help from BT

    this is BT infintiy crap again. as even changing the DNS it wont help, can you contact bt for gods sake again? they done that to uplay also and we dont have the power to fix this but you guys.

    I'm with BT but i'm in the UK... having same problems as everyone else. I'm not very good at tech so i don't know what a "US peer" is D: or how to make gaem werk Dx

    Actually it is something to do with BT as my bf said and BT's customer support is attrocious, I'm now tunneling through a friend to even get these forums working.

    To be fair I'm sick and tired of it BT shouldn't be throttling customers like this so as soon as I get the details I'm going to Phone up and complain as they shouldn't be throttling us at all.
