You can play the game with your feet if you wanted and be "good" at it, but that doesn't mean that you won't be better with your hands.I just don't agree with this statement is all. A good player is a good player regardless of the hardware he/she uses to perform the task. Repetition and remedial adaptability will allow anyone with any sort of 'skill' to learn and progress past the initial barriers imposed.
Somebody can be good with either a keyboard OR a controller, sure, but IMO they have a higher potential by using keyboard/mouse.
