Quit Upset with the In-Game Tecnical Support

Last Week was farming Diremite Web to lvl mine weaver, but saw a char using Teleport hack to kill all the mobs, try to online report cheat on him, but after afew days still seeing him doing it, SE was not doing anything at all, was so piss that i wrote another Cheat Report. Until today he still there farming using teleport hack, just got a friend there unable to farm Diremite Web at all.

SE please do your job and look at it, he almost 24/7 there using Hack.

I encountered the same issue with Hellord too in Masamune. The said user is Kool Ray (in Masamune) and he seems to be using a teleport hack. Quite annoying to be honest, especially for us attacking the mobs normally. Have always seen him in the same place for the whole day too.

Hope SE can look into it.

They are suspended in mass waves but that can take a few weeks.
I have reported many forms of cheating/harassment and have seen the results. (Have even spoken with GMs on a few occasions for clarification.)
If they was to implement a form of auto detection for hacks the lag would be unbearable, so they have to do it manually on a case by case basis by looking at the server logs and this can take some time.

SE special task force is a lie, that thousand of account banned is a lie, just a made up number
proof? i'm still seeing the same bot for more than 1 month

Getting fed up with the way SE deal with the bot I might just unsub after this month.
The same fleece crew I report still farming happily everyday 24/7 for almost a month.
The Special task force is non existence. The way to report cheater is too cumbersome to keep typing the same thing over & over everyday.
