Ifrit Hard Mode wont update in Duty Finder

After I attune to the crystal in Zaharak, the game shows I completed the Ifrit Bleeds, We can Kill It quest. It also says Duty Finder has been updated and Ifrit HM (Bowl of Embers Hard Mode) are now accessible in the Duty Finder. However, it is not available in the Duty Finder.
