Chocobo Armor

Hello,

I was told by my fc members that I have to put all of my chocobo stats into one tree in order to get a special armor set. I honestly dont care about what my chocobo actually specialize for anyways, so my decision will be purely based on the appearance of the armor. I've been trying to find a website that shows pictures of all three armors, but I have been unable to find such website. can someone point me to a right page where i will be able to look/compare armors?

From right to left: black mage (damage tree), white mage (heal tree), knight (tank tree), behemoth (from behemoth tokens), odin (from odin tokens).

You can also have your chocobo wear grand company barding, but those only require you to have your allegiance to the required gc.

Close! It's BLM, WHM, PLD, Odin, Ul'dah GC, DRG. Behemoth barding isn't shown, but it also doesn't come from killing behemoth.

I've yet to see anyone with the BLM barding, but I've seen the DRG one around (from the dps tree).

Personally I'm splitting mine. Since there's no way to micro manage your chocobo's attacks and the last spot in each tree is an AoE, I won't be putting everything into one stat. I don't like pets that use AoE unless I have specific control over when they use it.

Behemoth barding came with the Collector's Edition, it's not from killing Behemoth himself. I think it makes my chocobo look dumb to be honest, like, a weird chocobo/behemoth hybrid.
