i did some searching around and its entirely possible that i did not search well enough but after doing my research on the timing behind when one is eligible for veteran rewards (in this case the Phial of Fantasia) it is supposed to be upon the beginning of their paid service subscription correct?

Person sets up account for FFXIV:RR (Final Fantasy XIV: [A] Realm Reborn) and logs in and is from that point playing on a 30 day free trial period. After that 30 day period if they have not yet set up either an automatic payment plan or have set for Square Enix to automatically take out the next [insert length of time] play period they will no longer be able to play the game until they do so. Said trial period end and they have an automatic renewal set up for their account. Lets just say Oct 1st was when they began their trial, which would mean that either Oct 31st or Nov 1st would be the day that their trial ended and with automatic renewal set up their P2P period has officially began. What does it then mean that if days afterwards they have not received the veteran rewards via moogle mail services ingame and when checking Account Services via Mog Station it reads "You Have No Veteran Rewards". Is it not the first P2P day that this is received? Or is this a known issue that is currently under investigation?
