    Getting the run around from customer service regarding Transfer Problem

    I've explained this problem numerous times to live chat, as well as customer service on the telephone and I'm fed up with the HORRIBLE customer service that myself and a friend have received. 3 days ago myself and 3 friends decided to transfer to Sargantanas, 2 of my friends were transferred immediately, myself and the remaining friend were not. We never got a formal error of any kind. The site gladly took our money and sent us confirmations via email they had received it and we were to be transferred immediately. We've both contacted the live chat support multiple times, only to be told to contact GMs via the "Report a Bug" feature in game. I myself have never received a response regarding my transfer never taking place, even though I paid 3 days ago. My friend showed me an email received back from a GM stating something to the effect of "We cannot help you based on the information provided" or something to that extent. We again got in touch with Live Support and were told to get a hold of GM's. So far this has been an endless 3 day loop of being pointed into other directions, and receiving literally NO customer support whatsoever for the 2 of us. We've paid for the transfers, and our banks can verify the money has in fact been taken out of our accounts, so to just not transfer us and then to have SE's "customer service" give us the run around is quite infuriating. If anyone at Square Enix reads this, then for the love of whoever your religious figure may be if you are in fact religious, get your crap together because the ABYSMAL customer support here honestly makes me want to file a complaint at the Better Business Bureaus website and let people know how bad your customer service actually is.
