What is done to improve the inherent disparity between PLD mitigation coming from the Enemy Boss and WAR mitigation coming mainly from his +25% hp and +15% healing, not to mention its self healing that scales with dmg? The latter means that gear is much more required on both the WAR and Healers, whereas PLD just presses a button and it will always be useful and strong enough against the current boss. Yoshi even tells us not to use our self heal at dangerous times but to wait for the healer to top us off, then what the hell is it for exactly?

Most people dont care about practicing and trying hard, they just want gear and quick kills for e-fame. How will both be balanced around progression content without a major shift in design?
