Teleport hacking and minging/botany bots:

I see teleport hacking and mining/botany bots on a daily basis. Either the player is a miner/botanist using Stealth and teleporting between nodes (which is easy to see), or they are under the ground and all you see is the node mining animations popping all over the place.
Other times there are characters running between nodes for hours on end, non-stop, and are very obviously bots.

So my question is, does this game have online/live GM's (like they do in FFXI)? If so could you add a "Call a GM" option to the support page?
It seems reporting these bots using the "Report cheating" does not work, especially if they are not RMT, just normal players botting to level up faster, or get Gil for themselves.

If this game had a "Call a GM" function, they could come see the hacking and botting for themselves, catch them red handed, and ban the character/account on the spot.

I know the loading speed and such on the PS3 can not be resolved due to limitations. I know it is too late to ask this question, but if any of the mods see this question, would you please answer this. When will they add the Window's UI option on the PS3. It will be much easier for me to use than my controller. I heard rumors about you guys going to add it, but I do not know if it is true. Can any of you make this question clear to me and anyone else wondering please?; ;
