What type of rewards can players expect from beast tribe daily quests, And how will it compare to running instances as a means of gearing up?

Can we expect to see the /tell policy in dungeons revised any time? It's really frustrating not being able to talk in private with your friends when either is on a instance.

Considering much of the content being released in 2.1 was supposed to be in the game already. Why is it taking so long to release that content, many of us have run out of things to do in game. Some have even stopped playing already. Could you split the patch into two and give us some more content earlier than the current intended release date of 2.1?
