So far, it seems to just be gil that is on you, as if you had made a purchase. I'm personally avoiding the cities for now though until something is done...

Server: Behemoth
Retainers selling items such as Beast Blood, Bone Chips, and Tin pieces for more than 1 million gil: Fhayde, Supermarketsweep, and Nawana.
Mcshiggs wrote - "Yoshi P minion- Idle animations are smoking and drinking coffee, if anyone right clicks him he says "Please look forward to it." $4.99"
I've submitted a ticket in game - is there a support form I can fill out on their website also?
History and search result for Allagan Tin..
It might help. People from my server (tonberry) were also affected.
Looks like the player with a retainer named Dsgds was one of the culprit.

This just happened to me.
1. Fighting Garuda HM when computer crashed.
2. Try logging back in, get 3102 error.
3. Manage to log in after approximately 3 minutes.
4. In party with FC members trying to queue for Garuda, wouldn't work.
5. Teleport party to Limsa Lominsa aetheryte.
6. Exit game and log back in. Everything works.
7. Die in Garuda HM multiple times. Exit duty finder.
8."Not close enough to make purchase" pops up on screen near aetheryte in Limsa Lominsa.
10. Walk towards market area to check retainer.
11. Chat log suddenly says I purchased one bone chip.
12. Look at my gil and realize 5 million gil was missing.
13. Players in the area are also experiencing the same thing.
Wow, that's ridiculous. A new low for RMT's; I ignore the /tells they send, but this... fucking sad. :\
