Lack of Armoury Space

Well it gets kinda tough when you get/have each class exclusive gears. 5 DoW, 3 DoM, 8 DoH and 3 DoL. So thats 19 spaces of 25 Taken. Plus maybe some event gear you want to have.

Also, I don't believe SE intended inventory/armory management to be a part of game strategy, forcing players to decide what to keep and what to discard. IMO, they probably wouldn't have a problem with unlimited storage space, if it wasn't for server memory limitations. They already stated some time ago, that they recognize the need for better organizing tools, and plan on making some changes. They just didn't say what they are planning or when.

the real trouble will be when they add more class and jobs... will be fun! it was ask to give more than 25 slot per item in the beta, we had as answer that they will think about it, but for now this number is mostly due to the ps3 memory limitation.... one more time!!!

Not really, Inventory/armory storage is on server side. PS3 can display a larger window easily. It's only icons.

Now that I am over 60% of the way to having all L50's i am finding it very hard to have room in my armoury to be able to hold things. What be a good idea would to split the DOH/DOL up to their own and the DOW/DOM to have their own as well...

i dont like that fact that due to lack of space i am not able to use L48-50 gear for spirit bonding main/off hands due to lack of space. And dont get me started on chest space.....

Agreed, the armory system kind of sucks...especially when you consider that the game is designed so that you can play all classes on the same character. There needs to be a better way to organize everything.

even at max level when most jobs dont share gear, you have plenty of room to carry all of your best stuff, as well as extra slots for cosmetics and spiritbonding. if you are running out of room, put up stuff you dont use as often, throw away outdated stuff you are hoarding, or put it on a retainer until you have another job that can use it. if you fill your house with junk, do you clean it or buy a bigger house?

i would love to see your inventory to see why are having issues

You guys are kidding right? the last game with multiple classes had you using a total of about 150 inventory slots (used to be 60).. this one gives you almost 300 free dedicated slots PLUS your inventory PLUS 2 retainers.. space should not be an issue no matter how many jobs you have. you also have the armoire for jobs you dont use that often.. you cant tell me that you guys have all jobs at 50, completely decked out AND use them all enough to be keeping everything with you all the time. And even if you did, thats 19 slots of 25 taken, plus an extra 6 for every slot... why do you have so much garbage in your armory?

I'm so happy some people have no problem with inventory/armory. Does it make you all feel warm and fuzzy to point that out? Not everyone has to feel that way about it.

I found SEs dev posts from sept, and what they are going to do is add a sort feature. That will be a welcome improvement. Server limitations will probably prevent them from inceasing capacity, but I do support at least having separate tabs for DoW, DoM, DoH and DoL gear.

well is true that we need a sort features, but overall after making use of the gear sets, and crafting/gathering equipment are universal during leveling, since they only use one type, except for when reaching max level where all classes have their own gears. still i find it to be still manageable and still many spaces.. ><

maybe is just me who know how to manage my inventory.. i'm sorry that most ppl can't seems to manage theirs D:
