Did a dungeon with a LS member, they lost connectivity. Been stuck in Old Gridania with the Other World status for almost 12 hours at this point.

In XI I put in support tickets on behalf of people who were stuck in game. The GM's would respond first to me as the ticket owner then they would work with the stuck player. I cant think of a reason why they wouldn't do the same for your friend in XIV. Your friend should be able to put in a support ticket on the web too, but they might not get a reply on the weekend.

I have no way of contacting them to explain their current situation. But I'll give it a shot.

I can't get on the game right now, but under the Support Desk option there is a way you can report bugs and such. Fill out the form and explain the situation and they should accept it. You won't get a reply because it's Sunday, but they'll look at it tomorrow most likely.



Can they log in ? they should be able to. If they can, cant they just teleport or send the report themselfs?
If you DC or logout while in a dungeon they wont go "Offline" in the FC List, even though they are, its a bug with the window but they will actually be offline.
