The thing is, this is what levequests were always supposed to be - they are effectively repeatable quests shewn of filler like dialogue and lore fat down to their barest gameplay aspect. The allowance aspect is presumably to stop players over-relying on them though, which I guess kind of defeats the purpose of doing them in the first place.

In any event, all SE has to do is just increase the exp and rewards given with levequests and it would be a much more viable levelling alternative to just grinding FATEs over and over.
