SIP servers as in VOIP servers using SIP, as opposed to other VOIP-like protocols like Ventrilo, which isn't SIP, making SIP-related links irrelevant.SIP servers? SIP is a protocol that VoiP uses on the application layer of the OSI model. its not a server. All VoiP applications use it be it on a cell phone, a lan phone a thin client or any other client they are all related as that one attack can be used on anything, if it can be used on a soft phone it can be used on a VoiP client on the computer as it uses the same methods of encapsulation.
EDIT----------------
Seing as you thought it was a server and didn't know what it was maybe you should try figuring out networks first, I have a old CCENT/CCNA book that I dont need anymore if you want that. It is still fairly new it was revised for the 2012 exams I think.
Seriously, you're so bloody ignorant, yet trying to act like you know more than me...
