Ok, I shall start from a very basic one.

Dear SE, please add a feature so that LS/FC leaders can only send invites to people who have sent them a tell first. I'm sick and tired with these blind anonimous FC/Linkshell invites from people I've never even met before. I'm lv37. If I wanted an FC I would've made my own, stop thinking I'm just waiting for an invite to rain on my head. No, I don't want your linkshell, I don't know you, why would I want to join some stranger's group made of people invited blindly without any form of bond or in-game experience between them and me?

Alternatively, make a feature that forces the Leader to pay 1000 gil for every linkshell or FC invite spent. That should tone down the pestering.

I do not expect SE to actually do anything about what I hate. I am no special person. I can keep on living even with these little flaws in the game and I will do so. I get blind invites a lot as well and they can be really annoying, especially during fates when stuff can get pretty crazy on BLM. I've put off getting a FC because i'm kinda picky. I don't want a big FC. I want a small FC that doesn't just make you feel like you're #287 in the FC. I don't think i'd ever just take someone up on a blind FC invite.

The problem comes from the same person (or FC) inviting you multipule times within just a few minutes. I recieved 4 invites today while doing fates from the same FC within just a few minutes. An option to shut invites off would be appreciated.

I am going to go ahead and take a wild guess and say it's name Starts with GL cause they been doing that since day 1 of launch (and even during beta) people go in and out of that FC all the time in some cases when they find out what the leader is really trying to do. if not, well i guess i been away from that server to long.

on a side note, if you are getting spammed, you can cut it down in the same way you can combat rmt spam, by putting on busy status, assuming you won't expect any form of communication for a while.

A better way to fix this would be adding a switch that can make your character un-invitable.
