    I assume it's to encourage people to help players rather than try to convince them to leave because they're bad. But that's just a guess.

    The reason it's not like that for dungeons too, is because players make progress but if someone legitimately has to go, it doesn't punish those that spent time and want to stay.

    Whereas primals are pretty much kill or be killed, with no progress lost.
