Long lag and 90000 error upon first log-in everyday

    Anyone has this problem?

If I log-in during peak hours (at Inn room), and exit into a main city, I will experience extreme lag with:
    1. My character model is loaded 30 seconds later and I can move around in the mean time
    2. Every other player are rubber-banding
    3. Interacting with NPC or getting item tooltip from the server has a long delay (sometimes when interacting with the Chocobo NPC, it may take over 1 minute for the NPC to do its emote action and show the first dialog box, during that time I am locked to the NPC)
    4. During all this time while I'm lagging, I can chat with FC people without lag, i.e. we can do count-downs together and we both see each other's count-down immediately.
    5. During all this time while I'm lagging, I can move around into different zones perfectly fine, but any interaction with NPCs and items will have a long lag.
    6. Longest I've been stuck was logging in then immediately log out in the inn room again. After clicking on the Log Out, it took me over 3 minutes to get the 90000 error.
And after a while, I will get 90000 disconnected by the server.

Logging back in after this first 90000 and everything will proceed very smoothly.

But if I don't log back to the character that got the 90k error, but instead log into another character (on same server), I will get the same thing all over again.

This only happens during peak hour, never happens during the day.

EDIT: I also don't think it happens if I log into a character that is not in a main city.

Also, right now I'm locked to my character and can't log out. I pressed "log out" about 5 minutes ago and I'm still moving around and chatting to people in the game. But I cannot interact with NPC or my inventory.
