Cannot Play My Legacy Character

Currently do not have my Legacy character in my character selection screen. It's not on any of the JP Legacy Servers and when logging into the mogstation to view my account details, it shows the character on <Ridill> grayed out and unselectable. I only started playing again recently since the beta and wanted to jump into my old character.

Was curious when people told me once I logged in my character would be there waiting for me. Is there any help that can be done? Thank you and sorry if this is in the wrong section. Avatar is my legacy character.

if you click on Ridill in the servers list, it is not listed? not even as unselectable?

The JP servers show (0) characters and upon selecting the server there is nothing there.
