    World transfer help

    Hi all, I am currently seeing endless messages about my character being unable to transfer.
    Your Square Enix account is invalid.
    'Your service account does not have a currently active subscription' I do currently have a subscription.
    'You have not yet created a character' I surely do have a character
    'Your service account is currently suspended for breaching the User Agreement, or for security reasons' I can't think of any reason why this could have happened.

    Additionally, the character you wish to transfer may not be eligible for this service unless all of the following criteria are met:

    'Your character was created 3 or more days ago' I am a returning 1.0 player, with the came character.
    'Your character is not logged into the game' I waited a few days and this still did not resolve this issue.
    'Your character does not belong to a Free Company / does not own a Free Company Petition / has not signed the Petition' There is completely nothing about Free Companies in my social list.
    'Your character cannot have items for sale on the market' My retainer has nothing on her.
    'Your character cannot have items entrusted to the Calamity Salvager NPC' I have cleared out everything he was holding for me.
    'Your character must rehire any retainers carried over from Version 1.0' I have rehired her but she does not have the same name as she did in 1.0.
    'Your character must be logged out outside of any instanced areas' I don't think gridania is an instanced area.

    So if anyone has some help or ideas for me that would be great, I really want to play again but if i cant join a world with my friends it is kind of pointless.

    It sounds like you need to contact SE support so a human can look at your account. Also, you can only transfer your character to other "Legacy" worlds, though it doesn't seem like you have gotten to that point in the transfer process yet.

    Ah i was not looking forward to that. Do you know where I can find the right SE support? i tried before and i had gotten completely confused.
    For what its worth I am trying to transfer to 'Excalibur' which is a Legacy world.

    I think you can start from that page you quoted (NA support or EU support). Maybe someone else has a more direct route to their Web or phone chat.

    I seem to have better luck getting to chat and such when I come in from the main SE site. Something weird with the blue "Contact Us" button when I try to get there from the Lodestone--don't always get where I need to go in the end for some reason. Here are the URL's when you come in off the main SE site:

    http://support.na.square-enix.com/ (NA)
    http://support.eu.square-enix.com/ (EU)

    Pick FFXIV, scroll all the way down and click the blue "Contact Us" button, then "Get Support", and move forward as usual from there. May be able to get away with Accounts/ID, then Compromised Account--considering it looks like they've flagged it for suspension for some reason. This should basically take you right into chat if they are open.

    Oh yeah.. don't click on the articles that come up after running the search--just click the Next button, click the button to sign into your SE AM account and such, and then you should be able move on into the contact details page where you can email, chat, or call in.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
