Error code 2146697211

I was in the middle of a dungeon sprinting when I randomly crashed out from the game with a 9000 Error. Now when I try to log back in the game will check for updates for a while then go to a black launcher screen where eventually an error code -2146697211 will pop up directing me to a random website. The error is now intermittent. It will allow me to log on briefly, then I'll be disconnected again with another Error 9000 and another -2146697211 error when I try to reopen the launcher.

^^ Same here fresh install made worse since now I cant downliad that 1gig update. Please fix
