Binding mouse wheel?

Hi

Hope this is the right forum, seemed the most appropriate anyway. I'm just setting up my keybinds and am not able to assign the mouse wheel, whenever I click on a function and use the mouse wheel the menu just moves up or down. Is there a way to do this please?

Playing on pc (mouse and keyboard).
