CODE 1016 ,18 HOURS ALREADY

already contact live assistant few hours ago, but seems they are not helpful at all, 18 hours ago , when i login, while loading into the game.. i got kick out then i relog again, my character sisnt load up while my id can be seen on the list; click start it pop code 1016 while loading; not sure it's only me got this problem or not; actually i got 2 ffxiv account under 1 se account, the 2nd account working fine while the first one 1016 neverending; please check and put me back to the game ><

I am having the same issue, it has been over 12 hrs and I have yet to hear back from Square on the issue despite have submitted multiple tickets.
