not really... the following is the quote:
"You see what I did there with the bold font for emphasis? But anywho, without further ado, feast your eyes on the list in its entirety! (Remember, these are our plans until summer 2011!)"
until summer 2011 means it ends when summer starts. If I say I'm in summer school until fall, I'm pretty well saying i'm in school until september. Not until the end of fall. Or a better one would be "I'm going to wear a winter coat until summer". If i said that i would mean when summer starts i will no longer wear a winter coat.
Mew!

SE cannot be trusted! Expect it Summer 2015!..
Yeah, I've argued semantics with you and others on this before. It wasn't speculative conclusions and poor comprehension. That's what the English plainly stated, in bold. Twice.
If you read it any other way, YOU read it incorrectly and it is your comprehension that needs work.
"This is what we have planned up until summer 2011" Means up until summer. Not through summer. Sorry. If you don't have simple English mastered, don't claim you do.
The correct statement is "This is what we have planned up until Fall 2011."
Period. But that just sounds kindof pathetic, so they tried to get away with more fake wording and got burned.
Saying "these are your plans up until summer '11" means your plans FROM NOW ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE SUMMER.
Fight a more worthwhile battle and stop perpetuating this crap.
But
in soviet russia the summer ends you!

You're wrong. Doesn't matter what you think, go remediate your language. That's not semantics. That's good communication and poor communication. That's acceptable English and fail English.
You just failed.
[omission], let's spell it out one more time.
"These are my plans up until summer and no farther" is what the sentence is saying.
It's not saying "these are my plans up until the beginning of summer" or "before summer starts."
Do I need to pull out a grammar book? It was poorly worded, but accurate.
Anyway, get this thread back on track. The rest of the list is dead on accurate.
(except the inflation in XI was caused by RMT and the creation of the STF is what alleviated it).
We can argue that, too, though if you want.
The whole list has good examples, though, including poorly translated or mis-communicated ideas. I often wonder myself what the heck they are thinking with this game. I mean, it seems like one giant bungle after another. If they want to redeem themselves and make the game better and its image better to the public, they should be doing it every week, not banking on some miracle summer.
Not an opinion, Shai. Educate yourself.
