Okay, I had this happen with other items also but I cannot remember which (though they were earrings dropped in Aurum Vale I know that much...) We fought and defeated Ifrit and Garuda. Upon defeating them the team opened the treasure box and it placed the Avatar's weapon into our treasure pool. It was the Grimoire intended for Acn, Sch, and Smn to use as primary weapon. I opened my treasure pool and found that as a Scholar 50 I was unable to need for the weapon. I know that other jobs have been able to need on their weapon but I have repeatedly been denied the opportunity to need on my weapon when it dropped. I don't know if summoner has the same issue or not because it takes too long to find a group as summoner so I do it as scholar. This is at least the 3rd time it has happened and it is unfair to have an item drop and the people working hard to heal the group needing it to make their ability levels better and being denied it because some random Paladin decided to stick around and greed on it and got a higher lot than you did as a Scholar who can actually equip it. I happen to personally know the person who beat me for it and I know they cannot even equip the item. Please fix this issue so we can get our weapons because it's already bad enough in order to have a chance at getting it I will have to beat this extremely hard fight again but I will have to do it for only a chance at lotting against my entire party instead of just against the other healer in the group.
