Declining levequest conclusion doesn't give back the items

Steps:
It's a repeatable quest. I gave the first 3 Red Coral Armillae to Roarich, confirmed and got the exp and all. Another 3 like before. I gave the last 3 but since I reached level 50 I decided that it was useless and it was better to sell them. I declined but Roarich kept the 3 Armillaes.

I tried log out and in, no changes. I abandoned the quest and I lost the 3 of them.
