Unable to discard Lunar Summer items

Steps:
After noticing I had 2 sets of the item, I went to discard my extra items. It was in my armor chest and the Discard command was grayed out. I moved them to my inventory and the item was still grayed out. Both items are 100% condition, and I also tried equipping and unequipping. I have been unable to get these items out of my inventory.
