I fail to understand why you would need any of my system, or network information to solve a server side problem that many people are experiencing. Thanks again for taking more time out of my day. Maybe I can finish the character next week, when you fix this issue.

1. I tried to click on the NPC Sark Malark to activate next quest. NPC has a new quest icon above head.
2.Nothing Happens
3.Repeat, nothing happens.

I am having this problem as well.
I asked other players that were doing the story and they confirmed that they also could not get the Sark Malark to talk to them.

My bug report info is the same as Aceroth.

Steps: I finished the previous quest and then tried to accept the next story quest from Sark since he has the icon above his head, but he would not talk to me.
I can target him, but when I click on him, nothing happens.
I tried changing classes, I tried relaunching the game client, nothing helped.
I am unable to progress with the storyline because of this issue.
