Do you have friends? I usually put together half a group for my FC mates when they hit this in their main quest, and we generally queue for...5-10 minutes. On Lich, which is not exactly populated. I think once we waited 30...

Waited over 2 hours last night for main quest Praetorium as opposed to only 30 mins for Castrum as DPS. Seems plenty people doing speed runs of Castrum through DF, not so much Praetorium.

Shout in Mor Dhona for a Praetorium group. Or make friends with a tank or healer and ride their INSTAQUEUE!

Buhu, people are not using DF or playing the dungeon I need. (Okay that came off kinda harsh, sorry for that)

The DF could use some tweaking, but you could also find some friends/use your FC(Which is 81 players strong) or do some shouting in Mor Dhona since more and more people are trying to evade the use of DF for speedruns/Deny the DF recommended party set up and so on. (I'm pretty sure you know that since you got relic and some DL pieces).

I can understand some people wanna play the game solo and not be "bound" by parties for somethings, but you need to bow down and accept that you need other people to get stuff done.
And something from a vers.1 player. Be happy that you have DF to get you parties, it took even longer sometimes in vers.1 when you could only shout for hour after hour in Uldah.
