Is there a way to check if you are locked out of bahamut, I checked the timer it just stated next leve allowance,, and also how do you check for leve allowance thanks in advance

Bahamuts coil resets every monday, the only way you would be completely locked out of it is if you clear the entire thing for the week. Also leve allowances is in your journal I think, down at the bottom.

Click on the entrance in Wineport.

I'm not aware of any real lockout indication, but you should probably know whether you're locked out or not..
